MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS

A Message to our Patients.
Over the coming weeks the Surgery will be under significant pressure due to the COVID booster programme and staff sickness related to rising COVID cases.
Our capacity for all GP and Nursing appointments will be reduced during this period. We will be re-arranging some non-urgent appointments to enable staff to cover the local vaccination site. You will be contacted if you are affected by any of these arrangements. If you do not hear from us your appointment will continue as planned.
We therefore ask during this time that you only contact us for urgent medical needs. Patients requiring non- urgent care or advice will be asked to call back in the New Year.
We want to assure you that we are still open for the urgent medical needs of our patients, so do not hesitate to contact us to discuss these.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that all our staff are working under extreme pressure this winter. This includes our reception and admin staff, please be patient with us and treat them with respect. We continue to try and deliver the best care possible under challenging circumstances.
