COVID-19 VACCINATION FOR OVER 80's HOUSEBOUND PATIENTS ONLY Posted on 14 May 2021

Alliance for Better Care (ABC) are a federation of GP practices within East Surrey, Crawley, Horsham and Mid-Sussex. ABC are currently supporting the Covid-19 Vaccination delivery programme in these areas. Covid Vaccination Programme

ABC are also supporting GP practices in delivering the vaccine to their housebound patients. The practice has provided ABC with patients that fall into this category, patients can expect to be contacted by ABC on behalf of GPs from the beginning of February via post or telephone. 

Please do not contact the practice or district nursing teams in regards to visiting housebound patients for the covid-19 vaccine.
